Established in 2005, CU Rx brings years of certified risk management and compliance experience to your credit union. As a CUSO owned by CP Federal Credit Union, CU Rx is credit union born, credit union focused, and credit union driven. CU Rx understands your credit union's needs, operations, and opportunities, because we are part of a credit union.  We exist to serve and give back to the credit union industry. Your credit union becomes the beneficiary of our expertise, high level of care, and cost-effective credit union solutions.

Management Overview

CU Rx provides consulting services exclusively to credit unions in the areas of compliance, fraud, and risk management. You gain CU Rx’s expertise to guide your staff through the audit process with our knowledgeable, trained professionals. We pride ourselves on delivering relevant solutions and intelligence on NCUA regulations and legislative issues that affect your operations. We’re friendly and flexible, providing fast service and expertise at a lower cost than legal firms or accounting firm auditors.

Through our Risk Management Program, your credit union receives strategies and techniques that are proactive, not reactive. CU Rx’s approach allows us to objectively recognize, isolate, and confront risks that can interfere with your credit union’s ability to successfully fulfill its mission to its membership.

Credit unions face several key areas of risk including operational, regulatory, and reputational. CU Rx helps your credit union determine which risks are present, how much risk it can handle, and solutions to manage the risk. In today’s volatile regulatory environment, CU Rx exists as your cost effective credit union resource to help manage risk and enhance your credit union’s ability to remain compliant with expanding regulatory changes.

Major regulatory requirements and legislative issues change rapidly causing more risk areas; they can turn a credit union operation upside down while adding more responsibility to management. CU Rx will quickly bring your staff up to speed and secure better compliance, with stronger internal control processes, based on your needs.
